Chris joined BenefitMall in September 2012 and brings 20 years of HR and Finance experience to BenefitMall. He has broad Human Resource and industry expertise, and has served in numerous HR leadership roles during his career in both privately-owned and public Fortune 100 companies.
Most recently, Chris was Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management for National Envelope, a Gores owned Company, where he led both corporate and field HR teams for the largest private manufacturer of envelopes in North America. Prior to his role with National Envelope, Chris was the Vice President of HR Shared Service for Rexel Holdings USA, the largest electrical supply company in North America. In both of these roles, Chris led the culture integration and employee engagement associated with the M&A strategy within these companies. Chris was also the Vice President of Human Resource Services at Concentra, a Humana company, and held various HR and finance leadership roles during his 10 years with PepsiCo and Frito-Lay, earning the distinguished Chairman’s Award at PepsiCo for the execution of many innovative HR programs. Chris began his career at Arthur Anderson in the Dallas office.
Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is still an active licensed CPA. Chris has served on non-profit and community leadership committees. including the United Way and Boy Scouts of America.
