The Start of Something Fine
In 1949, Scott Polk’s grandfather opened Lyles-DeGrazier Wholesale Jewelry in downtown Dallas. Today, Scott is a proud third-generation manufacturer of fine jewelry with Lyles-DeGrazier. He has been the best-kept secret of long-time customers and now many others are taking notice – Lyles-DeGrazier has been listed as the “Best Place to Customize Your Bling” in The Best of Big D and customers worldwide are flocking to him for unique fine jewelry. Located in Dallas’ World Trade Center, access is exclusive and requires an appointment. Whether it is a gift for yourself or a loved one, Polk and his team will handcraft the one-of-a-kind piece of your dreams.
“Instead of rows of inventory, we have rows of people that complete the ring process from step one of concept to the final step of completion,” said Polk. The customer is at the center of the Lyles-DeGrazier creative process and is key to turning imagination into a wearable piece of art.
Purchasing a ring from Lyles-DeGrazier is not the passive experience of picking jewelry out of a glass case. You first set an appointment with one of their designers. Their experts will guide you through a design by blending inspirations from other pieces with your individual wants and needs. They will then create a sketch and enhance it with a computer-aided design (CAD) image for the client to review. Once approved, Lyles-DeGrazier takes it a step further to ensure you are receiving exactly what you envisioned. A 3D printer is used to develop a 3D wax model of the ring giving you a detailed, true-to-form sample that you can hold in your hand. Once the 3D model is approved, their skilled jewelry technicians work diligently to mold, cast, and set each ring to your exact specifications. And a few weeks later, you will be the happy owner of a truly unique piece of jewelry.
Lyles-DeGrazier Jewelers has been providing this individualized service for over 65 years. Their commitment to the customer experience and their beautiful designs allows them to never rely on traditional advertising and to grow solely off of the satisfaction and praise from their clients.
